Manufacturing Engineer

Join Millennium Print Group as a Manufacturing Engineer!
We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support production operations, drive continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Durham, NC
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Pay & Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus eligibility + full benefits package

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and throughput

  • Support daily production operations and troubleshoot process issues

  • Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Operational Excellence tools

  • Monitor KPIs and lead corrective actions to completion

  • Support equipment validation, process qualification, and manufacturing layout improvements

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and CI methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and project leadership skills

  • AutoCAD experience preferred

  • Experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment is a plus
