About the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you are responsible for supporting and executing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, online engagement, and direct bookings across the assigned hotel portfolio. The role focuses on content development, social media management, campaign execution, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment with the corporate marketing strategy. Key Job Responsibilities: Assist in planning, scheduling, and launching paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital platforms Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and deadlines Monitor campaign performance and share weekly reports with actionable insights Manage hotel social media accounts, including posting, engagement, and community management Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and local offers Liaise with the design team for visual content and creatives Track content performance and propose enhancements based on data Update hotel pages on brand.com with current offers, imagery, and content Ensure SEO best practices are applied in web content updates Report any technical or user experience (UX) issues for resolution Support the execution of email campaigns using CRM tools (e.g., Revinate) Segment audiences and optimize content for different customer groups Track open rates, CTRs, and conversions to inform continuous improvement Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for digital channels Benchmark results against competitors and internal KPIs Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future campaigns
