

Millennium Hotels and Resorts is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Front Office Manager to oversee our front office operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front desk team, managing guest services, and maintaining smooth and efficient front desk operations across our property.
As Front Office Manager, you will ensure high standards of guest service and hospitality, train and motivate staff, handle guest feedback with professionalism, and coordinate with other hotel departments to deliver a seamless guest experience. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily front office functions including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Supervise, train, and develop the front desk team ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor front office operations and optimize procedures for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain compliance with hotel policies, standards, and health and safety regulations.
