Board Certified Behavioral Analyst/Behavior Specialist
Full-time, Tenure -Track, Ten (10) Month Position
Requirements: BCBA License and NJDOE Educational Services Certificate OR NJ State Teaching Certification is preferred. Successful completion of medical and criminal clearances.
Job Summary: The BCBA supports students, staff, and administrators in special programs with behavior-analytic service. The BCBA provides training to ABA staff on related topics, consultation services to staff members regarding students and groups of students. Participates in the development of IEP's. Assists in providing follow-up services for students as recommended by CST staff. Coordinates ABA parent training/home providers and services.
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Location: South Mountain Elementary School
Compensation: $71,406. � $124,092. /yr.
(commensurate with experience)
