Front Host – MILK+ Nightclub & Bar

Schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (weekends required)

Pay: $17 per hour

Experience: 1+ year preferred

Location: Downtown Salt Lake City

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Front Host to join our team at MILK+, one of Utah’s most inclusive nightlife venues. This role is the heartbeat of our front-of-house experience — you’ll greet guests, manage door entry, handle ticket sales and coat checks, and work closely with our security and management teams to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and set the tone for a great night
• Handle ticket sales, door cover transactions, and coat checks
• Provide quick and friendly customer service throughout the night
• Assist security with line management and crowd flow
• Verify IDs and wristbands for event access
• Support management and bartending staff with guest needs

Who You Are:

• Outgoing, positive, and professional under pressure
• Comfortable handling cash and digital payments
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Reliable and punctual — shows up ready to go each shift
• Experience in nightlife, events, or hospitality preferred
