MILK+ is hiring a part-time Barback to support our bartenders during busy nightlife shifts. This role focuses on keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Shifts are 1–2 nights per week, and pay is $10/hour plus shared tips. It’s a great entry point for someone reliable, hardworking, and interested in gaining experience in a high-energy bar setting.

MILK+ is looking for a reliable, high-energy Barback to support our bartending team during busy nightlife shifts. This role is essential to keeping the bar running smoothly, efficiently, and cleanly. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind being on your feet, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door in a high-volume bar setting.

Key Responsibilities

Restock bar inventory including liquor, beer, mixers, garnishes, and ice
Keep all bar areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
Assist bartenders with opening and closing duties
Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas
Monitor product levels and communicate needs to bartenders or management
Help maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Qualifications

Ability to work late nights and weekends
Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly under pressure
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Previous bar or restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
