Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise application migration and transformation across multiple platforms.
Program Context
- Large-scale enterprise migration and transformation program
- Migration from legacy workflow tools into platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, and BI tools
- Includes data migration, workflow rebuild, integrations, reporting, and change enablement
- Delivery follows a phased, wave-based model across business units
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, enterprise-grade architecture across multiple platforms
- Define migration and integration strategies
- Align business, data, and technology architecture
- Drive platform selection and solution design decisions
- Handle complex integrations (APIs, external systems, data flows)
- Ensure performance, scalability, and compliance standards
Mandatory Expectations
- 12–18+ years experience in enterprise architecture
- Proven experience in large-scale migration / transformation programs
- Strong exposure to multi-system environments (not single platform)
- Deep understanding of workflows, data, and integrations
- Comfortable working in complex, evolving environments
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts
