Power Platform Developer
Role Summary
Support an M&A-driven Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration by building Power Platform automations and supporting migration execution and validation across Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, plus NAS/file-share data migration
Key Responsibilities
- Build Power Apps/Power Automate solutions for migration tracking, exception logging, approvals, and validation reporting.
- Support migration execution for 22 mailboxes, 22 OneDrive accounts, ~30 SharePoint sites, including permissions continuity and troubleshooting.
- Identify and assess migration dependencies (e.g., existing workflows/automations such as Power Automate).
- Execute/support NAS/file-share migration including file hash validation and reporting.
- Maintain migration logs, runbooks, mapping sheets, and post-migration validation documentation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Power Automate (flows, connectors, error handling, logging) and basic Power Apps.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online) and permissions models.
- Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell/Python preferred) for validation and operational tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in M&A integrations or vendor-mediated tenant migrations.
- Familiarity with governance/security concepts (DLP, retention, Conditional Access).
