Role Summary
Own and drive the communication strategy for a large-scale enterprise migration and transformation program, ensuring user awareness, adoption, and minimal disruption across business units.
Program Context
- Large-scale enterprise migration and transformation program
- Transition from legacy workflow tools into platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, ServiceNow, Workday, and BI tools
- Covers data migration, workflow changes, integrations, and new ways of working
- Impacts a large global user base with varying levels of system dependency
- Delivered through a phased, wave-based rollout model across multiple business units
Key Responsibilities
Communication Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute the end-to-end communication strategy across all phases (awareness → readiness → go-live → reinforcement)
- Develop role-based and wave-specific communication plans
- Align communication with program milestones, migration waves, and adoption goals
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
- Partner with:
- Program leadership
- Business stakeholders
- Change champions
- Translate complex technical changes into clear, business-friendly messaging
- Support executive communication and visibility
User Communication Execution
- Create and manage:
- Email campaigns
- Announcements and newsletters
- Training communication
- Go-live notifications
- Ensure messaging is:
Adoption & Change Enablement
- Drive user awareness and readiness ahead of each migration wave
- Support training initiatives with targeted communication
- Reinforce behavioural change post go-live
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather user feedback through surveys, channels, and stakeholder inputs
- Monitor adoption signals and communication effectiveness
- Continuously refine messaging and engagement strategies
Mandatory Expectations
- 8–12+ years experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) and communications
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise transformation / migration programs
- Experience supporting technology-driven change across global user bases
- Strong exposure to multi-system environments and digital transformation initiatives
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly communication
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility programs with executive stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts (global delivery model)
