Key Responsibilities

• Manage engineering teams across multiple tracks
• Drive delivery planning, execution, and quality
• Coordinate with architects, PMs, and business stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Ensure scalability and consistency in delivery

Mandatory Expectations

• 12–15+ years experience
• Strong experience in enterprise delivery and transformation programs
• Exposure to multi-platform environments
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
• Willingness to work in flexible shifts

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks
• Experience managing development across multiple platforms
