We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can take features from concept through production. Reporting to the CTO, you'll design, build, and maintain the entire stack—rich, responsive UIs and the performant back-end services that power them. You're as comfortable building real-time LiveView screens as you are modeling data in Postgres or tuning a Lambda. You communicate clearly, favor simple solutions, and never stop learning. What You'll Do Ship Features Front-to-Back Back-End: Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, Oban, and PostgreSQL. Front-End: Craft responsive UIs with Phoenix LiveView, TailwindCSS, HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, and LiveView hooks. Own Quality & Performance Write automated tests, monitor metrics, and tune queries to keep latency low and uptime high. Collaborate & Communicate Pair with designers, PMs, and other engineers in agile sprints; review PRs and share knowledge generously. Automate & Scale Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker), IaC, and AWS infrastructure that let us deploy multiple times a day. Stay Curious Vet new tools (e.g., Flutter, Aurora, Cursor, ChatGPT, LLMs) that could improve developer velocity or user value. Requirements 5 + years professional experience building end-to-end web applications. Proficiency in at least one modern back-end (Elixir ; Go, Node, Python, etc. acceptable) and modern front-end tech. Solid grasp of relational data modeling, SQL performance, and RESTful API design. Experience with version control (Git) and automated testing. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to self-direct in a small, fast-moving team. Excellent written and verbal communication. Nice to Have Hands-on with Elixir/Phoenix/LiveView (or a strong desire to learn). Familiarity with Flutter/Dart for cross-platform mobile. AWS services (ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, S3) and infrastructure-as-code. Observability stacks (AppSignal, Grafana, Prometheus, Honeycomb).
