Job Description

Heritage Hyundai Towson, part of the MileOne Autogroup family, is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to keep our busy Service Department running smoothly. SUMMARY: Provide administrative support to the assigned management department. Compile and maintain records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership.

Essential Duties:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare and scan documents into storage
- Stock and reorder office supplies
- Manage Loaner Fleet
- Other admin tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Good organizational skills
- Proper phone etiquette
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
