We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Procurement Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and strategic purchase of vehicles to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities: Identifying Needs: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vehicle requirements and propose suitable solutions. Supplier Research: Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for vehicle purchases, ensuring the best possible terms. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, purchase terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous and fair transactions. Order Management: Oversee the vehicle order process from the initial request to final delivery. Monitoring and Evaluation: Track supplier performance and assess their ability to meet quality and delivery standards. Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to identify new trends, available vehicle models, and advantageous purchasing opportunities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to vehicle purchasing and importation. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, logistics, and after-sales teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive sector. Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the automotive market and different types of vehicles. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick and effective decisions. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with procurement management tools and order tracking software.
