<strong>Position Summary<br></strong><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a skilled and motivated <strong>EMT, LPN, or RN</strong> to join our Direct Primary Care (DPC) and Urgent Care team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, supporting providers, and ensuring efficient clinic flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Current certification/licensure as <strong>EMT, LPN, or RN</strong> (state of Missouri) </li>
<li><strong>IV Certification (Required)</strong></li>
<li> BLS/CPR certification (required) </li>
<li> Strong organizational and time management skills </li>
<li> Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting </li>
<li> Excellent communication and patient care skills </li>
<li> Experience in urgent care, primary care, or similar setting preferred </li>

<strong>Patient Care & Clinical Duties<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Room patients and obtain complete vital signs at every visit </li>
<li> Perform patient intake, including medical history and chief complaint </li>
<li> Administer injections (IM, SQ, etc.) as ordered by provider </li>
<li> Start and manage IV therapy (fluids, medications, etc.) </li>
<li> Assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments </li>
<li> Perform <strong>in-house lab testing</strong> (e.g., strep, flu, COVID, UA, glucose, etc.) </li>
<li> Collect and prepare specimens for processing or external labs </li>
<li> Perform EKGs and other basic diagnostic testing as needed </li>
<li> Provide wound care, splinting, and basic procedural support </li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Clinic Operations<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Manage and maintain efficient patient flow throughout the clinic </li>
<li>
<strong>Schedule patients</strong> and assist with follow-up appointments as needed </li>
<li> Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared between patients </li>
<li> Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR </li>
<li> Verify and update patient information, medications, and allergies </li>
<li> Monitor lab and diagnostic results and assist with follow-up coordination </li>

<strong>Administrative & Support Duties<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Answer phones and assist with patient questions when needed </li>
<li> Coordinate care with providers and team members using internal communication tools </li>
<li> Ensure compliance with clinic policies, OSHA standards, and PPE requirements </li>
<li> Assist with inventory management and supply ordering </li>
<li> Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives </li>
