Are you a senior infrastructure professional with over a decade of experience managing mission-critical enterprise platforms? Company is looking for a Middleware Administrator to provide technical leadership, architectural oversight, and Level 3 production support for our core platforms.
This role combines hands-on engineering, automation, and operational leadership, acting as the highest escalation point for FileNet and BAW-related incidents.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Define platform standards, guide development/support teams on workflow solution design, and drive platform upgrades/roadmaps.
- L3 Operational Support: Serve as the ultimate escalation point for complex production incidents, leading deep-dive troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Platform Administration: Optimize IBM FileNet Content Manager environments (Content Engine, Process Engine, Content Navigator) and support IBM BAW workflow solutions.
- Performance & Observability: Analyze Java performance, memory utilization, thread dumps, and garbage collection logs to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Automation & DevOps: Develop automation and self-healing capabilities using Python and Ansible, integrating platform tooling with CI/CD pipelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- 10+ years of dedicated experience supporting enterprise-scale IBM FileNet environments.
- Extensive experience with Level 3 support in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills (specifically with DB2).
- Nice to have: Experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), platform modernization, or cloud integration initiatives
