Design and deliver a high-quality zero proof beverage program by curating distinctive drink flavors and leading the training of student bartenders to successfully operate a student-run bar.
This is considered a part-time, hourly, non-benefits eligible position. The minimum starting rate for the position is $16.84 per hour.
Core Responsibilities:
- Curate distinct zero proof drink flavors appealing to college students using non-alcoholic ingredients
- Train and mentor student bartenders on bar setup, drink preparation and mixology, customer service, and safe drink handling practices
- Coordinate bar setup processes, ensuring equipment care and cleanliness and efficient workflow
- Provide feedback on student performance during service to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality standards
- Manage inventory levels and prepare and oversee prebatch production, maintaining accurate measurements, labeling, and storage of all beverage components
