Job Summary/Basic Function

In collaboration with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, the Specialist - Program Review manages and coordinates the University’s program review process for all non-accredited programs.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of program reviews, including planning, training, execution, and follow-up, and includes maintaining schedules, communicating with programs, developing and delivering training aligned with external requirements, coordinating reviewer selection, contracts, travel, and follow-up activities.

This position contributes to program review outcomes that impact institutional funding through Quality Assurance Funding.

Required Education

Bachelors degree required from an accredited institution.

Required Related Experience

Three years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, academic administration, institutional effectiveness, or a related field.
