Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajkot for a Middle School Educator specializing in English, Math, Science, or Social Studies. The educator will be responsible for designing and delivering well-structured lesson plans, creating engaging learning environments, fostering critical thinking, and supporting each student’s growth and development. The role also entails collaborating with colleagues, providing feedback to students and parents, and participating in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Training methods
• Expertise in Education and subject-specific knowledge in English, Math, Science, or Social Studies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for education and commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Ability to motivate and inspire middle school students to achieve their academic potential
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; subject specialization is preferred
• Experience in teaching at the middle school level is a plus
