<div>Mid-State Sales is looking for an <strong>Account Representative</strong> who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty, solve real problems, and be the go-to person for customers in a fast-moving, industrial environment.<br><br>
</div><div>We’re not a call center. We’re a <strong>fluid conveyance manufacturer</strong> that’s been serving customers since 1969. Our team works directly with hydraulic hose and tube assemblies—supporting customers who depend on us to keep their operations running.<br><br>

<strong>What You’ll Actually Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>This role sits at the center of everything, such as customers, sales, purchasing, and production.<br><br>

<li> Take ownership of customer accounts from order to delivery </li>
<li> Talk with customers daily (phone, email) to understand what they need and when they need it </li>
<li> Build quotes, check pricing, and confirm lead times </li>
<li> Work directly with the shop and purchasing team to make sure orders get built on time </li>
<li> Solve problems when things don’t go as planned (because sometimes they won’t) </li>
<li> Help identify opportunities to grow accounts and win more business </li>
<li> Learn our products inside and out so you can confidently recommend solutions </li>
