Mid Senior Full Stack Javascript Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong backend and DevOps mindset. You will help architect and build production grade services, APIs and deployment pipelines that power real-world, high-traffic systems. If you are excited by scalable infrastructure, tenant based architecture and having end-to-end ownership in a product environment this role is for you.
Responsibilities :
Backend Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain robust REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js (preferably NestJS)
- Create scalable, secure database schemas with PostgreSQL (with RLS/multi-tenant support)
- Implement core service logic, background jobs, caching, rate-limiting and webhook integrations
DevOps & Infra Ownership
- Set up and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, CloudFront, etc.)
- Automate deployments, provisioning and monitoring with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitHub Actions)
- Handle environment configurations, DNS, backup policies and server security protocols
Frontend Contribution
- Collaborate with frontend developers on service integration and interface behavior
- Implement internal-facing admin tools and dashboards using React.js and Any CSS Framework
- Build modular, reusable UI components aligned with backend data models
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in full stack development with backend and infra ownership
- Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript preferred), PostgreSQL and API security best practices
- DevOps experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS and infrastructure automation
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, job queues and scaling strategies
- Clear communicator, comfortable working across engineering and product workflows
Bonus Skills
- Prior experience with multi-tenant systems or DB-per-tenant architectures
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, etc.)
- Scripting experience for DevOps automation or tooling (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Exposure to system-level performance tuning or game-server-style concurrency
