Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Mid Market Team Lead Sales role. The selected candidate will oversee and manage a team, identify market opportunities, and drive revenue growth within the mid-market segment. Responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and increasing Paytm product adoption among businesses. The candidate will also lead sales strategies, set team goals, analyze performance metrics, and ensure successful execution of sales targets.

- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to build relationships and drive business growth.
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess data, forecast sales, and optimize team performance.
- Resilience to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
- Proven experience in similar mid-market sales leadership roles is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
