We are looking for a Mid Level Video Editor to join our Team
Gaming and YouTube culture knowledge is a must.
Remote Hybrid work, but should be based in Mumbai. (Occasional travel to the shoots will be a part)

Job Role Includes:
- Editing Gaming & IRL YouTube videos — usually 30 to 40 mins long
- Adding subtitles, meme references, motion text, SFX, music, zooms, and creative storytelling — without handholding
Who We Want:
We’re looking for a professional, long-form YouTube editor with:
- Strong Story-telling skills, must be able to cut down 2 hours recordings into a 30 minute story without loosing the flow
- 2+ years of full-time Video editing experience (YouTube Preferred)
- Edited long-form content (10–20+ mins) in Gaming or IRL formats
- Experience with real creators who have an actual audience/subscribers
- Strong command of Premiere Pro (After Effects & Photoshop are a plus)
- A solid grip on pacing, meme timing, sound design, SFX, and music
- Comfortable editing in Hinglish (Hindi + English mix)
- The ability to work fast, meet 3-4 days deadlines, and take feedback well
- Experience working with a team (editors, producers, writers, channel managers)

- You’ve only edited Reels, Shorts, TikToks
- You’ve only edited for your own channel or as a hobby
- You’ve only worked in news, film, or traditional agency formats
- You can’t handle fast-paced timelines or remote team workflows
- You’re still in college or have <3 years of hands-on YouTube experience
This role is for editors who can handle High Production, Story-Driven content editing — not interns or freelancers testing the waters.
