Job Brief
We have a number of openings in our technical team focusing on mobile and web development to be part of our technology leadership team. As a part of this expansion, we are looking for a Mid-level UI/UX Designer to join our award-winning digital team.
We are looking for a creative and versatile designer with a strong portfolio across branding, social media, mobile and web app designs, and logo design. You should stay up to date with emerging design trends and have practical knowledge of AI tools for design, prototyping, image generation, and video creation.
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for,
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Build low and high-fidelity production-ready design, storyboard, and style guide
- Creating systems and workflows for the team
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how websites, web apps, and mobile apps function and look
- Understanding and managing design systems, reusable components, and brand guidelines
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Work closely with designers and developers to determine the best controls and inputs and ensure accurate design implementation
- Create logos, brand identities, typography and color systems, and consistent visual assets across digital and print materials
- Making creative graphics for social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., including posts, carousels, stories, advertising creatives, and campaign assets
- Design banners, illustrations, icons, presentations, brochures, email creatives, and other marketing materials as required
- Create and edit short videos, reels, motion graphics, and product demo content using design, video editing, and AI tools
- Build responsive layouts in Figma using Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, and interactive prototypes
- Use AI tools to explore design concepts, generate and refine images and videos, and improve design workflows while maintaining quality and brand consistency
- Apply Figma MCP and AI-assisted workflows, in collaboration with developers, to share structured design context and support design-to-development handoff
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
- Stay up to date with current UI/UX, branding, social media, motion design, and AI trends; bring fresh ideas and share useful tools and practices with the team
To be successful in this role, you must have,
- 1–4 years of work experience in relevant fields of UI/UX and visual design, with the level determined by portfolio quality and practical skills
- A strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web app designs, branding, logo design, social media creatives, and thoughtful design decisions
- Strong understanding of Human-Computer interaction
- Hands-on experience working with Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, responsive layouts, prototyping, and developer handoff
- Eye for detailing and a good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, spacing, and composition
- Strong in Interaction design and Visual design for desktop and mobile
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator, or equivalent professional design tools
- Proficiency in end-to-end design process, from understanding the brief and exploring ideas to delivering production-ready assets
- Experience in user research and usability testing and a good understanding of user research methodologies
- Ability to architect user interaction solutions based on sound usability principles, research, and technical feasibility
- Practical knowledge of current AI design tools such as Figma AI / Figma Make, Claude Design, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and comparable tools for ideation, prototyping, and content creation
- Working understanding of Figma MCP and how AI tools can use components, variables, and layout information to support design and development workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video creation tools, such as Runway or comparable tools, and the ability to refine generated outputs into polished, usable assets
- Ability to write clear prompts, evaluate AI-generated work, and maintain visual consistency, accuracy, and originality
- Basic video editing and motion design skills for social media and marketing content
- Up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and design trends, with the ability to learn quickly and demonstrate relevant experiments or recent work
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple design requirements
- Strong analytical ability to investigate problem statements and solve complicated use cases
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
It would be nice if you have any extra skills such as,
- Knowledge and experience in Cinema4D, Blender, and 3D design will be a plus
- Tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects will be a plus
- Advanced AI workflows, design automation, and experience connecting creative tools through MCP will be a plus
- HTML and CSS will be a plus
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, micro-interactions, and design tokens will be a plus
