Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Mid-Level Learning and Development Professional. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs, designing learning materials, and assessing the impact of learning initiatives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, maintaining comprehensive program documentation, and enhancing organizational capability through skill development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in curriculum development, instructional design, and facilitation
- Proficiency in leveraging e-learning platforms and digital tools to enhance training programs
- Ability to assess training needs through analysis, stakeholder engagement, and feedback
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with evaluation techniques to measure training impact and effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Learning and Development, or related field; a relevant certification or advanced degree is an advantage
- Experience in the non-profit sector or with community-based capacity-building initiatives is a plus
