Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-Level Interior Designer located in New Delhi. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating design concepts, developing mood boards and furniture drawings, and coordinating with clients and contractors. Additional responsibilities include collaborating on FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and integration, and ensuring the design vision is executed to the highest standards.
Years of Experience: Minimum 3 Years with High-End Residential / Office Projects
Relevant Industry: Interior Design/ Architecture Industry
Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Previous experience in high-end residential or corporate interior design projects required
- Degree in Interiors/Architecture from a design school with an interest in Residential Interior Architecture
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
> Handling projects from start to finish under the guidance of the Founder
> Participate in all stages of interior architecture projects
> Create sketches, layouts, and mood boards for clients
> Making Furniture Drawings, and getting the same executed at factory
>Making Civil Working drawings and visiting the site to check site work is happening as per the drawings issued
> Selection of materials, furnishings & decor
> Site Visits, vendor coordination, contractor coordination
> Create invoices and BOQs for clients
> Responding to and resolving client inquiries
> Responsible for timely and efficient handling of the project
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
> Is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about design
> Is proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
> Is keen to take on responsibility and is extremely execution focused
> Is able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English in a friendly and professional manner
> Is highly organised, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.
Employment Status
