Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Interior Designer with a strong interest in hospitality environments. The ideal candidate will independently handle design development phases, collaborate closely with clients and consultants, and contribute creatively to guest-centric hospitality projects while supporting senior designers through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and layouts for hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and lounges
- Participate in client meetings to understand brand identity, guest experience goals, and operational requirements
- Translate design briefs into functional, aesthetic, and brand-aligned interiors
- Prepare and refine space plans, mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and lighting concepts
- Produce and coordinate detailed 2D drawings, 3D visuals, renderings, and client presentations
- Present design ideas to clients alongside senior team members and address feedback constructively
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure design intent and feasibility
- Assist in preparing project budgets and quotations and track design-related deliverables
- Support site coordination and execution to ensure accurate implementation
- Research hospitality trends, materials, and global design references to support concept development
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in hospitality or commercial interiors
- Strong working proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (knowledge of 3D software is an advantage)
- Solid understanding of hospitality space planning, circulation, and guest experience principles
- Good presentation, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
