THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Software Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native AI/ML solutions — translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures that power Autonomous AI Agents across diverse enterprise domains.
- Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions and define system design standards for cloud-native microservices and agentic workflows.
- Lead technical design reviews, evaluate architectural patterns, and guide engineering teams toward clean, maintainable implementations.
- Drive the development of GenAI solutions — exploring advanced foundation models and integrating them into production pipelines.
- Own the reliability and scalability of containerised services on Kubernetes across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Produce clear architecture documentation, decision records, and runbooks that enable team-wide alignment.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have
- 10+ years of software development and architecture experience.
- BE/BTech (or above) in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Java.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar).
- Hands-on experience designing and deploying microservices on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Practical experience with AI/ML technologies and GenAI solution development.
- Solid Linux/Unix Bash scripting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to explain complex architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, or fine-tuning LLMs.
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud Architect).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
- Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
