We are looking for an Architect who doesn't just create drawings but takes
ownership of projects from concept to completion. This role is ideal for
someone who enjoys designing beautiful spaces, solving complex site
challenges and are passionate about architecture, enjoy taking responsibility,
and aspire to become a well-rounded architect capable of independently
handling projects, this opportunity is for you.
You will work on a diverse range of residential, hospitality, and interior projects
while gaining exposure to both design and execution.

The qualifications we are looking for in the candidates are:
Experience: 2 to 3 Years of Practicing Architecture
Architectural Design & Planning
Develop innovative architectural concepts and design solutions.
Prepare concept layouts, space planning, and design presentations.
Create architectural drawings in line with client requirements and project objectives.
Participate in design discussions and contribute creative solutions.
Working & Technical Drawings
Prepare detailed architectural working drawings.
Develop GFC (Good For Construction) drawings.
Prepare detailed construction and execution drawings.
Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation.
Site Coordination & Execution
Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed correctly.
Resolve architectural and technical challenges arising during construction.
Coordinate with execution teams.
Review site progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Provide timely solutions to site-related issues.
Translate design concepts into visually compelling presentations for clients.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
Communicate effectively with consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Technical Skills:-
Must have strong proficiency in:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
Adobe Photoshop
Microsoft Excel
Working Drawings
What We're Looking For

Has 2–3 years of relevant architectural experience.
Can independently handle projects with minimal supervision.
Understands both design and execution.
Has strong technical drawing and detailing capabilities.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills on site.
Is comfortable taking ownership and accountability.
Has strong communication and coordination abilities.
