Job Title: MicroStrategy Developer
Location: Indore/Gurgaon/Bangalore/Chennai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai
Experience: 4.5 to 7 years
Skills Required:
• Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in MicroStrategy and Tableau, SQL
• Good to have GCP – Spanner. Big Query.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and scorecards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements
• Develop schema objects such as facts, attributes, hierarchies, and transformations
• Optimize performance of reports and queries
• Manage MicroStrategy metadata and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Integrate MicroStrategy with other data sources and tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues
• Support data validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience with MicroStrategy (Developer, Architect, or Desktop)
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata)
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
• Experience in report/dashboard design and performance tuning
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
