About this Role
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy and SQL professional to design and deliver executive-ready dashboards and analytics solutions within our AIDA function. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data into clear, insightful visual narratives aligned with business KPIs. The role combines hands-on development with subject matter expertise, standardization, and mentoring, making it ideal for an individual who enjoys both technical depth and collaborative influence.
What you will do
- Design and deliver dynamic, interactive dashboards using MicroStrategy aligned to defined business KPIs.
- Create executive-ready visualizations with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and data storytelling.
- Standardize visualization frameworks to ensure consistency across markets and business units.
- Act as a subject matter expert for MicroStrategy architecture, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain schema objects, reports, dossiers, and intelligent cubes.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and mentor team members on effective use of MicroStrategy capabilities.
Who you are
- An experienced BI and analytics professional with deep, hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy (dossiers, reports, intelligent cubes, and schema objects).
- Highly proficient in SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query performance tuning.
- Experienced working within large-scale data environments such as Teradata.
- Educated to bachelor’s or master’s level in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Bringing 4 – 12 years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics, ideally with prior exposure to the telecom domain.
- Knowledgeable in data warehousing concepts, including star and snowflake schemas and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is beneficial, though not essential.
