VenPep Group is hiring a Project Lead with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to drive architecture decisions, mentor developers, and lead delivery of enterprise-grade solutions built on Azure, .NET, and Power Platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead technical design and architecture of Microsoft stack projects (.NET, Azure, Power Platform) Guide and mentor a team of mid and junior developers through code reviews and technical direction Collaborate with project managers and clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions Drive adoption of best practices across coding standards, CI/CD, and DevSecOps Oversee integration of Azure services: Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, etc. Define and govern API design, data models, and microservices boundaries Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical grooming sessions Evaluate and recommend Microsoft tools and platform upgrades REQUIREMENTS 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technology stack Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6, ASP.NET Web API Deep experience with Microsoft Azure: Azure Functions, AKS, Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep Expertise in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native patterns Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills NICE TO HAVE Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, AZ-204, AZ-305) Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft 365 integrations Exposure to DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
