Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Security Cloud Solution Architect with deep expertise in Entra ID, Identity & Access Management, and Zero Trust Security Architecture. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, designing and delivering enterprise-grade security solutions aligned with modern cloud-first strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure identity architectures using Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
- Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives across hybrid and cloud environments.
- Architect and implement Zero Trust security frameworks for enterprise customers.
- Drive Identity Governance and Access Control solutions including access reviews, lifecycle management, and privileged identity management.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and translate them into scalable security solutions.
- Deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and architecture presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and security-related issues.
- Contribute to best practices, reusable assets, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft security technologies and certifications.
Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)
1. Entra ID & Identity Management
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
- SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Protection
- Hybrid identity (AD Connect, Federation, Pass-through Authentication)
2. Security Architecture (Zero Trust)
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles
- Experience designing secure enterprise architectures
- Knowledge of threat protection, risk-based access, and compliance framework
3. Identity Governance & Access Control
- Experience with Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
- Access Reviews, Entitlement Management
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
- Identity lifecycle management and automation
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Security stack (Defender, Sentinel)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- PowerShell / automation scripting
- Understanding of compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, etc.)
- Experience in large enterprise or consulting environments
