We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform HRMS Consultant / Developer to design, build, and support a full‑fledged HRMS solution using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of HRMS architecture, development, security, workflows, integrations, deployments, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate HR policies and processes into secure, scalable, and maintainable HRMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. HRMS Core System (Power Platform)
- Design and implement HRMS architecture using Dataverse as the central data layer
- Build Power Apps (Model‑Driven and/or Canvas) for:
- Employee Master Data
- Organizational structure (BU, departments, reporting hierarchy)
- Role mapping and access control
- HR self‑service screens
- Design clean, scalable Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules
- Ensure data integrity, performance, and delegation‑safe app design
2. HR Processes & Workflows (Power Automate)
- Design and implement HR workflows, including:
- Leave requests, approvals, escalations
- Attendance regularization (if applicable)
- Onboarding / offboarding task checklists
- HR approvals and notifications
- Build robust Power Automate flows with:
- Error handling
- Retry logic
- Child flows
- Run‑after conditions
- Implement email / Teams notifications and approval experiences
3. Security, Governance & Compliance
- Design role‑based access control using:
- Dataverse security roles
- Business units and teams
- Field‑level security where required
- Ensure HR data confidentiality and least‑privilege access
- Implement environment governance best practices
- Support auditability and traceability of HR actions
4. HR Reporting & Insights
- Design HR dashboards and reports using:
- Dataverse views
- Power BI (preferred, not mandatory)
- Support reporting for:
- Leave balances and trends
- Headcount summaries
- Approval cycle tracking
5. Integrations & Data Movement
- Integrate HRMS with external systems (e.g., payroll, biometric, ERP) using:
- REST APIs
- Custom connectors
- Azure Functions / Logic Apps (where required)
- Handle:
- Initial data migration (imports, validation)
- Incremental syncs
- Error logging and reconciliation
- Ensure secure, idempotent integration design
6. ALM, Deployment & Production Support
- Package and deploy solutions using:
- Managed / unmanaged solutions
- Environment variables
- Support Dev / Test / Prod environment strategy
- Follow basic ALM practices (Git / Azure DevOps preferred)
- Provide:
- Go‑live support
- Bug fixes
- Performance optimizations
