Exp: 3 – 5 years
Location : Ahmedabad (Science City Road)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
- Build and manage data models, data transformations and ETL processes.
- Develop DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, ERP and CRM systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, report reliability and optimal dashboard performance.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve report and data refresh issues.
- Implement data security standards and role-based access controls within Power BI.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
- Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Power BI solutions.
- Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and business intelligence solutions with international and domestic clients.
- Technical Skills
- Power BI: Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, Paginated Reports.
- Data: SQL/SQL Server, Data Modeling, ETL, ERP/CRM integrations.
- Security & Performance: RLS, Role-Based Access, Performance Optimization.
- Cloud & Analytics: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory. Python/R is an advantage.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, client coordination, task planning, progress tracking, risk identification and successful project execution.
- Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
