Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Power BI Developer Lead to join our team in the BFSI sector. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Microsoft Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance reporting capabilities. You will lead a team of analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dashboards and reports that meet the needs of our stakeholders. Your proficiency in data modeling and transformation will be crucial in integrating diverse data sources and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Design and implement data models, ensuring efficient data relationships and integrity.
- Utilize DAX for creating measures and KPIs to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Oversee the setup and troubleshooting of On-Premises Data Gateway.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data preparation and visualization.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Possess 6-8 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
- Are proficient in Power Query for data transformation and preparation.
- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
