We are looking for a highly motivated Microsoft Power Automate Developer to join our team and help accelerate digital transformation by developing scalable automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows).
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to automate repetitive and manual tasks.
- Develop end-to-end workflow automation integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, Azure services, and third-party applications.
- Build automated approval workflows, document processing solutions, notifications, and business process automation.
- Create custom connectors and integrate REST APIs, web services, and external systems.
- Develop attended and unattended RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Perform solution testing, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning, and production support.
- Maintain solution documentation, process design documents (PDD), technical design documents (TDD), and deployment guides.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with governance, security, and Microsoft Power Platform best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows).
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating Power Automate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Dynamics 365, SQL Server, and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of connectors, custom connectors, REST APIs, JSON, HTTP requests, and web services.
- Experience working with RPA, UI automation, desktop automation, OCR, and document processing.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, Python, or .NET is an added advantage.
- Experience with solution deployment, environment management, version control, and Power Platform governance.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize workflow performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
