Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Microsoft Partner Portal & Growth Specialist. The specialist will manage and optimize engagement with Microsoft's Partner Portal, develop growth strategies, and perform all operational tasks to drive consulting business success. Responsibilities will include leveraging solutions architecture, understanding the Microsoft partnership ecosystem, cloud computing frameworks, accelerating our journey toward higher Microsoft Solution Partner designations, and improving business processes. Strong communication skills will be crucial for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Partner Center account, including competencies, designations, and compliance requirements
• Lead customer onboarding into Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365)
• Manage CPOR (Claiming Partner of Record) and PAL (Partner Admin Link) to ensure proper partner attribution and incentives
• Identify and execute strategies to increase Azure and Microsoft 365 consumption
• Track and improve Microsoft Solution Partner score across performance, skilling, and customer success metrics
• Build and manage co-sell opportunities with Microsoft sellers and internal teams
• Publish and manage solutions on Microsoft AppSource and Azure Marketplace
• Handle Microsoft licensing models (CSP, MCA, EA) and optimize cost structures
• Coordinate with licensing partners/distributors to secure best pricing and support
• Identify and leverage Microsoft programs, incentives, funding opportunities (e.g., ECIF, Azure credits, GTM benefits)
• Develop and manage ISV partnerships to expand offerings
• Create and manage marketplace apps, including transactions and billing
• Explore and implement new revenue streams aligned with Microsoft solutions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Growth in Azure and Microsoft 365 consumption
• CPOR/PAL coverage across customer base
• Improvement in Microsoft Solution Partner score
• Number and value of co-sell opportunities
• Marketplace (AppSource/Azure Marketplace) revenue
• Licensing margin optimization
• Utilization of Microsoft incentives and funding programs
Qualifications
- Min. 6 Months to 1.5 Years of Experience Required
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and internal teams
- Expertise in Business Process improvement and consulting to identify and implement efficient strategies
- Knowledge of Solution Architecture and Cloud Computing to align business needs with technological capabilities
- Ability to strategize and execute initiatives to enhance partner growth and portal engagement
- Experience with Microsoft Partner ecosystems is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Salary Rage
- Upto INR 18000 depending on skills & experience
