Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Trainer. The position involves teaching and mentoring students in Microsoft Identity and Access Administration, creating course content, delivering virtual training sessions, and providing support to students to help them achieve their learning goals. Trainers will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest identity and access management technologies and trends.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Microsoft Identity and Access Administration, including configuration and management of Azure AD, user identities, and roles
- Experience in cloud security and access control, MFA, conditional access policies, and authentication methods
- Strong communication and presentation skills suitable for virtual instruction
- Ability to design, develop, and deliver technical training materials
- Understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to engage diverse learners
- Technical certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or equivalent are highly preferred
- Proven experience working in identity and access management roles or similar IT domains
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and virtual training platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
