Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Trainer. The role involves delivering virtual training sessions to individuals, creating and updating course content, assisting students with queries, and providing practical, real-world scenarios to prepare them for certification exams and job roles. Collaboration with the curriculum development team to ensure content relevance and quality is also a key component of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Identity and Access solutions, including Azure Active Directory and related services
- Strong training and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Familiarity with exam objectives for relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Hands-on expertise in identity governance, authentication, access management, and security
- Ability to create clear and concise training materials and adapt to remote teaching technologies
- Effective communication and mentorship skills with a student-focused approach
- Relevant industry certifications in Microsoft Identity and Access Administration are a strong advantage
- Previous experience in IT training or teaching professionals is highly desirable
