Job - Microsoft Fabric Lead Consultant
Experience - 10 - 15 yrs
Description:
Microsoft Fabric Consultant or Lead responsible for architecture, implementation, and end-to-end data project guidance. A seasoned Microsoft Fabric expert to lead and guide a data and analytics project and architect end-to-end solutions, provide hands-on technical mentorship, and ensure best practices in data integration, data engineering, and business intelligence (BI).
- Mode: Remote
- Shift: 6.30AM to 3.30PM
Requirements:
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust end-to-end architectures utilizing the full suite of Microsoft Fabric features, including OneLake, Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, and Power BI.
- Project Guidance & Mentorship: Lead project planning, establish coding standards, and guide technical teams on data mesh designs, Lakehouse implementation, and deployment pipelines.
- Data Ingestion & Transformation: Oversee the setup of scalable ETL processes using Dataflow Gen2, Spark notebooks, and automated pipeline orchestration.
- Governance & Security: Implement strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), approval workflows, and data governance policies within the Fabric workspace.
- -Deployment & CI/CD: Set up and manage Fabric deployment pipelines to ensure smooth promotion of artifacts from development through testing to production,
- Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing or stakeholder communication skills to align business requirements with technical execution
