🔹 Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Endpoint Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr) to design, implement, and manage modern endpoint management solutions. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers to drive digital workplace transformation, ensuring device security, compliance, and seamless user experience across platforms.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Endpoint Management & Implementation
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune environments
- Configure and troubleshoot:
- Device enrollment
- Policies and profiles
- Application deployment (MDM/MAM)
- Device compliance and configuration
- Endpoint security policies
- Manage and support SCCM/ConfigMgr infrastructure, including OSD
- Implement and manage co-management (SCCM + Intune)
Cloud & Identity Integration
- Work with Azure AD / Entra ID for identity and access management
- Implement Conditional Access policies
- Integrate endpoint solutions with cloud services and enterprise systems
Modern Workplace Solutions
- Manage devices across platforms:
- Windows 10/11
- macOS
- iOS / Android
- Implement and support:
- Windows 365 (Cloud PC)
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Autopilot & Autopatch
- Windows Update for Business (WUfB)
Advanced Intune Capabilities
- Work with Intune Suite features:
- Advanced Analytics
- Remote Help
- Endpoint Privilege Management
- Microsoft Tunnel
- Monitor and analyze using:
- Log Analytics Workspace
- KQL Queries
- Power BI dashboards
Migration & Transformation Projects
- Lead migration initiatives such as:
- SCCM to Intune
- JAMF to Intune (Mac device management)
- Integrate and manage third-party tools:
- AirWatch, MobileIron, Munki, etc.
Automation & Scripting
- Automate processes using:
- PowerShell
- Microsoft Graph API
- Azure Logic Apps
- Power Automate
Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide Level 3 / Level 4 support for endpoint-related issues
- Perform deep troubleshooting using logs, analytics, and tools (e.g., Fiddler)
- Drive issue resolution and ensure timely closure
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Engage with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Present solutions and provide training sessions
- Handle escalations and provide strategic recommendations
- Define and drive implementation roadmaps
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and SCCM (ConfigMgr)
- Expertise in endpoint security, compliance, and policy management
- Good understanding of Azure AD / Identity & Access Management
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API and automation scripting
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, HTTP/HTTPS)
- Experience with device management across multiple OS platforms
- Exposure to AVD, Windows 365, and modern workplace solutions
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise-scale migrations to Intune
- Familiarity with third-party endpoint management tools
- Knowledge of Linux onboarding in Intune
- Awareness of emerging tools like Copilot in endpoint management
