Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics Trainer (Corporate Trainer), located in Bengaluru. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on Microsoft applications. Responsibilities include conducting hands-on sessions, creating training materials, evaluating participant progress, and ensuring a thorough understanding of the technical concepts. The role involves working closely with teams and individuals to ensure skill-building and effective knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in providing Training and Teaching in a professional or corporate environment
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics applications, including areas like SharePoint and Windows
- Knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing training modules and conducting hands-on workshops
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications like Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) are highly advantageous
- Experience in corporate training environments is preferred
