Job Description
We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) Application Support Professionals (L2/L3) to support a retail client based in Denmark. The selected candidate will provide functional and technical support for the client’s existing Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 environment across multiple retail stores.
This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in India, with a 100% allocation for an initial contract duration of up to one year.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 application support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0.
Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues raised by business users and retail store operations.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution within SLA timelines.
Support end users with functional and technical queries related to NAV modules.
Coordinate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors when required.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the NAV application.
Assist in system enhancements, bug fixes, configurations, and testing activities.
Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision Application Support.
Hands-on experience providing L2/L3 support in production environments.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 is highly preferred.
Good understanding of retail business processes and store operations.
Ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues independently.
Experience with incident ticketing and support processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience supporting retail industry clients.
Knowledge of NAV customization, SQL, or integrations would be an added advantage.
Experience working with international clients or European customers preferred.
