We are looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant for our existing client.
We are looking for Japanese-speaking consultants.
Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and configuring CRM solutions, customizing and integrating the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, and providing technical and functional support to clients. The role also involves cooperating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and delivering insights to optimize sales and customer relationship processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Process analysis and the ability to identify areas for improvement
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Experience in Consulting and working with stakeholders to implement CRM solutions
- Knowledge of Sales processes and their integration with CRM systems
- Competency in Salesforce.com Administration and CRM platform customization
- Advanced problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced project environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and additional CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
