🚀 We’re Hiring: MS Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant/ Techno-Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant/Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM functional modules, solution design, and system configuration.
📍 Location: PAN India
💼 Experience: 5–8 Years
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a Functional Consultant/Techno-Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Perform solution design, system configuration, and customization in Dynamics 365 CRM
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and business stakeholders for solution delivery
• Support testing, UAT, and implementation activities
• Ensure the solutions align with business processes and client requirements
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Functional/Techno-Functional Consultant
✔ Experience in solution designing and system configuration
✔ Good understanding of CRM business processes
✔ Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
🔹 Good to Have:
• Knowledge of Plugins, JavaScript, and Power Automate
