We’re Hiring: Lead – Microsoft CE / Power Platform Architect
Are you a visionary leader with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Azure AI? Join us to architect and deliver next‑generation CRM solutions that transform customer engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of CRM and full‑stack developers, driving delivery of CRM, portal, and web apps.
Architect scalable solutions integrated with ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel platforms.
Advise leadership on Microsoft CE trends, AI‑driven enhancements, and customer experience strategies.
Act as SME for integrations, data migration, and AI‑powered customer service solutions.
Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment with standards and policies.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years in Microsoft CE application development; 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect.
Proven track record in delivering D365 CE and Power Platform solutions, leveraging AI/ML for customer experience.
Hands‑on expertise with Azure AI, Copilot, Dynamics Contact Center, and chatbot/IVR solutions.
Strong integration experience with SAP ERP, payment gateways, and omnichannel communication systems.
Recognized certifications such as Microsoft MVP (Business Applications / Power Apps / Copilot Studio), Azure AI Fundamentals, and Dynamics‑related credentials.
