Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand solution requirements and define scalable architecture.
- Lead solution design workshops and provide architectural guidance for Dynamics implementations and enhancements.
- Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data flow between Microsoft Dynamics and external systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
- Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and functional teams.
- Review and validate solution designs, technical specifications, and development deliverables.
- Oversee system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability considerations in architecture design.
- Support data migration, system integration, and environment setup activities.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Provide support during system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Maintain architectural documentation, design standards, and governance frameworks.
- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and enhancements related to Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture or solution design roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) is required
- Exposure to Porini 365 is a plus
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, middleware, and data migration strategies.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional but Recommended)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect, Functional Consultant, or Technical Architect certifications).
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, logistics, or supply chain domains.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Experience in cloud-based solution architecture using Microsoft Azure.
