💼 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Provide technical leadership across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure & integration workstreams
✔️ Design and develop Dynamics 365 customizations, plugins, workflows and Power Automate flows
✔️ Build and support Azure-based integrations and REST APIs
✔️ Work with Azure Service Bus queues, topics, subscriptions and message processing
✔️ Troubleshoot complex Dynamics 365, Dataverse, API and Azure issues
✔️ Review technical designs and guide development teams
✔️ Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and supportable
✔️ Support CI/CD, UAT and production deployments
⭐ Good to have: Healthcare experience, particularly in member, provider, eligibility, claims or customer-service processes.
