Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Developer
Location: Bangalore or Pune (India)
Employment Type: Contract/Full-Time
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing integrations between Dynamics 365 applications and external systems.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in Dataverse, Azure integration services, APIs, and middleware platforms, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between:
- Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, CE)
- Third-party applications (ERP, CRM, HRMS, eCommerce, etc.)
- Legacy systems
- Build and consume:
- REST/SOAP APIs
- OData services
- Webhooks
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and custom connectors
- Implement integrations using:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- Azure API Management
- Power Automate
- Work with Dataverse and data synchronization strategies
- Implement secure authentication mechanisms (OAuth, Azure AD, SSO)
- Perform data migration using tools like KingswaySoft / SSIS
- Ensure data integrity, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects
- Provide production support and troubleshoot integration issues
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 4–8+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies
- 3+ years hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM integrations
- Strong experience in:
- C# / .NET
- JavaScript (for CRM customizations)
- Dataverse SDK
- Experience with Azure Integration Services:
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- Azure Functions
- API Management
- Good understanding of:
- JSON / XML
- OAuth 2.0 / Azure AD
- RESTful architecture
- Strong SQL knowledge
Preferred Skills
- Experience with:
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- DevOps CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
- Docker / Microservices architecture
- Experience in Finance & Operations integration
- Knowledge of Event-driven architecture
- Microsoft Certifications (preferred):
- MB-210 / MB-230
- PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
- AZ-204 (Azure Developer)
