Job Description
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Integration Developer.
This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge integration technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable and robust integration solutions that drive business transformation.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integration solutions between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs, middleware, and data integration pipelines.
Implement real-time and batch integrations using Azure Integration Services. Work on data transformation, mapping, and validation using integration tools and frameworks.
Ensure secure data exchange using authentication protocols such as OAuth2 and Azure AD.
Develop and maintain Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and Data Factory pipelines. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability. Assist in deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.
Provide support and triage for integration-related issues at L2/L3 levels.
Maintain technical documentation for integration architecture and processes.
Qualification and Skills:
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration with external systems. Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, Data Factory).
Strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, HTTP protocols, JSON, XML, and message-based integrations.
Experience with middleware and integration patterns (publish-subscribe, requestresponse, event-driven architecture).
Proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power Automate.
Knowledge of authentication and security protocols such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and Azure AD.
Experience working with Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data model.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience and Background:
Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integration development.
Hands-on experience in delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions.
Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
